A Color Palette: Creating a Masculine & Feminine Color Palette

I am quite taken with the beautiful color palette in the Room of the Week.  Betsy Burnham did such a fantastic job creating a room using pink and purple accents, without it looking too sweet or too young.  And you can use the same formula should you want to incorporate more feminine colors (or any pastel color) in your own home without it looking immature or frilly.

Any pinks or purples in your own home?

  2. One of my all time favorite rooms! That wallpaper!!! In our home the only room with pink is Ellie’s and well that’s more than a touch! Would love that rug in our master though. Would change the whole feel of the room.
