The first thing I noticed when I saw the Room of the Week for the first time was the beautiful bed that looked like it belonged in a luxurious hotel. Burnham Design didn’t do anything over-the-top to make the bed look luxurious, in-fact quite the opposite. Simple, crisp and easy to launder white bedding acts as a clean base. Top it with a few additional white shams (maybe with a new texture), a simple patterned pillow with a white background, and a throw blanket in a deep color, and this bed feels very put together but simple enough that anyone could pull this off at home.
I put together a few other scenarios to show you that you can follow this formula whatever your style and make a hotel-worthy bed of your own.
Scenario One: HEADBOARD | SHAMS | LUMBAR PILLOW | WHITE DUVET | THROW BLANKET
Scenario Two: HEADBOARD | SHAMS | LUMBAR PILLOW | WHITE DUVET | THROW BLANKET
Scenario Three: HEADBOARD | SHAMS | LUMBAR PILLOW | WHITE DUVET | THROW BLANKET
