Spotted in the Room of the Week: Mid Century Teapot

Just a super quick post today…I’m swamped school projects and some fun design projects.  See that reddish-orange ceramic teapot on the back counter in the Room of the Week?

Rivoli Interior DesignI think it’s what originally attracted me to the room…because I own the same exact one and it sits on my stove looking pretty every day.

Processed with VSCOcamI found mine in the basement of this cool thrift store in Missouri while visiting my in-laws.  I spotted it hiding behind a bunch of less cool ceramic stuff and couldn’t buy it fast enough.  It’s curvy shape and bold color brighten my kitchen whatever the weather outside…like today when it’s rainy and cold (hence the grainy photograph).
