How To: Set Up a Pretty First Apartment on a Small Budget

Totally switching gears for my Friday post this week.   I’m excited to share some favorites from the new-to-me modern furniture company,  Modani…I’d never heard of the company before this week and was pleasantly surprised at the range of products (and prices!) they offer on their site and in their stores nationwide.  A lot of their furnishings are perfectly priced for people just starting out in their first apartment or home – modern shapes in neutral, hardworking materials work well in first-time apartments, and are the perfect backdrop to play with bright patterns and bold color as you experiment to find your style.

Here’s a little inspiration to get you started if you are setting up your first home!  Most of the furnishings came from Modani, but there are some accessories from CB2 and H&M…both perfect stores for fun, inexpensive home accessories!

This is NOT a sponsored post…was just intrigued with their offerings and enjoy “window shopping.”  And, even if you are on your second or third home, there are pieces that will work for you too…I’m loving this modern (but warm) dining table!

I hope you have a great weekend!
