A Holiday Table

I was going through photos on my camera and realized that even though I wrote several posts about preparing a table for Thanksgiving Day I never actually shared the final results (if you follow me on Instagram you did get a peek).  So, I thought I would share today!

holidaytable4I purchased this white tablecloth off Amazon and the black wrapping paper runner from Target…everything else I already owned.  holidaytable1

I cut some boxwood from my own yard to make a garland down the center, and then I created a centerpiece using pine from trees nearby and some alstroemeria from the grocery store…it’s one of my favorites because they last for weeks!holidaytable5

I had the best time with my nieces and my daughter putting the table together.  holidaytable3

The flowers ended up being too tall, so we put them to the side for the actual meal.holidaytable2Come back in a few days to see what my plans and our family traditions are for Christmas Eve!
